We want you to be happy with your purchase from playlunch. If something’s not right, we’ll work with you to make it right, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.

Changed your mind?

We don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully before you buy.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t what we promised, we’ll replace it, repair it, or refund it – your choice. Just let us know within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll sort it for you.

Custom-printed items

Some of our items are custom printed or personalised just for you. These can’t be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged. Please double-check your details before ordering.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at hello@playlunch.co.nz with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.

  2. We’ll let you know the next steps and, if needed, send you a return label.

  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund, repair, or replacement quickly.

Return shipping
